From the reviews
Stone Acres was the venue for our wedding, and it was absolutely extraordinary. 85th Day (affiliated with Stone Acres) did our catering, and we were very surprised by the quality of the food and drinks--in a positive direction.
As a Connecticut wedding photographer, I'm especially partial to the beautiful venues in my own area of the southeastern part of the state. Stone Acres Farm is one of them; "elegant" is the word that comes to mind. So far in my career, I haven't seen another northeastern venue like Stone Acres.
Extremely accommodating for gluten free and allergies. Stunning, rustic, warm and cozy feel. The aroma upon arrival was intoxicating. We loved it!
Stone Acres Farm’s Farm Dinners offer a memorable escape—a night of gentle conversations, inspired farm-to-table cuisine, and an idyllic outdoor setting that feels plucked from a dream.
Getting married at Stone Acres Farm
Stone Acres Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
