“We were allowed to string lights from the ceiling and there were plenty of outlets for speakers and other electrical needs we had.”

From the reviews
What a fantastic wedding venue, and the double rainbow was a nice touch. Christina, Sherrie, and Mike were incredibly helpful and really just gave us the freedom to create the kind of experience we were looking for.
We went in October for some halloween fun. This place was fun 🙌 Pretty good food vendors. If you go in Oct. expect lines for food and anything else. Beautiful location and the owners definitely put effort into creating an experience. We also paid for the haunted house which was actually worth the wait and money.
We had our daughters wedding her in May, it was so beautiful and the perfect venue for having indoor/outdoor areas. Everything was perfect and how she wanted it to be, when the wind picked up we moved inside it died back down and we were able to finish an amazing evening of dancing and a magical send off.
We've been coming to Staheli Family Farm for years, and it's become a cherished tradition for our family! From the Fall Festival to the Christmas season and even the Hot Air Balloon Festival, every season brings something new and magical to experience. There's always something for everyone, no matter what age.
Getting married at Staheli Family Farm
Staheli Family Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Staheli Family Farm
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Staheli Family Farm — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
