From the reviews
I have now photographed several weddings at Spruce Mountain Events and cannot rave enough! For just a quick drive from Denver, you cannot beat those gorgeous mountain views. The venue is also incredibly spacious and open, which allows so much flex room for your guests. Lastly the staff is lovely!
We are so glad we chose Spruce Mountain Ranch for our wedding venue. The pricing was fair, the staff and service were excellent, and the setting gave our out-of-town guests the perfect taste of Colorado.
Spruce Mountain Ranch made my dream wedding come true! Hands down the best wedding venue in Colorado! From the beautiful views to the wonderful staff, they truly make your wedding day so special. My guests had amazing feedback! No matter what season is it, Spruce Mountain accommodates for rain, snow, and shine.
We got married on December 22, 2025 and Spruce Mountain Ranch was the most perfect wedding venue ever. We had our ceremony in the aspen room and it was so gorgeous with the view in the background. There are so many beautiful spots on the property to take pictures.
Getting married at Spruce Mountain Events
Spruce Mountain Events comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Spruce Mountain Events
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Spruce Mountain Events — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
