My husband and I were given a night at Sparrow Hill, so last weekend we drove to Monroe from Atlanta for the sole purpose of staying at Sparrow Hill. This is not something I would have done for myself since we have a perfectly nice home in the city and no reason to go to Monroe, but it was so worth it!
Sparrow Grove Manor is located in beautiful downtown Monroe, Georgia. It is an easy walk from our church, First Baptist Church Monroe, where the wedding took place. There is plenty of parking in the back of the Manor.
This is a beautifully furnished inn. We stayed in Suite 1. The temperature in the room was perfect. The huge bathtub was comfortable and spacious. The included bath salts smelled amazing. The king bed was plush and comfortable. There was candy all through the inn.
I live I Macon, Ga and had a wedding to attend at The Factory in Monroe. Since the wedding was at 4:30PM, I did not want to drive the 1 1/2 hour drive at night. A friend and I booked a room at The Sparrow B & B. So glad we did! A quiet, lovely place to stay. All the amenities you would want and the rooms are perfect.
