Southern Oaks is a wonderful event venue. The staff is very professional, the food is wonderful, and the setting has larger spaces as well as more intimate spaces. I was very pleased with their ability to host our event and gladly recommend them.
My job had a 3 day training here and a friend also had her wedding her as well and each time the food was outstanding. During the training, they kept everything clean and organized and the staff is always professional and attentive.
I love Southern Oaks! Amazing venue, and impeccable food and service in house or off site! They are easy to work with, have classic favorite menu items, and always adapt with new and upcoming ideas!

Getting married at Southern Oaks

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
