We've been working with Glen the owner and Bailey the Decorator and in 3 weeks my daughter will be having her reception in the big white barn. They are really helping us with every step and have answered all our questions and come up with the perfect layout for our 250 guests.
Recently was Master of Ceremonies with Harmon Entertainment at this venue. I really enjoy this facility, it has great ambiance and the owner and their staff are very accommodating. Harmon Entertainment and I had almost as good as a time as the Bride/Groom and their guest. Cant wait to MC here again :)
Very quiet place, venue was really nice. Highly recommend for a small to medium gathering for a wedding or whatever your needs may be.
We had the absolute best wedding day at South 40! Glen was super nice and easy to work with the entire time of our wedding planning. We also worked with Bailey and Caleb with Dreamt Events and Rentals for decorating and DJ. Bailey is so sweet and is very responsive.
