From the reviews
I do not know where to begin with this review. From the moment my daughter and son-in-law met Connie and Cowboy, they fell in love. They are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet and working with them was amazing with all of our craziness.
First I want to shout out to Connie, Cowboy, and Brittany all 3 of are very sweet and good people. They were all very helpful and attentive and made everything run very smoothly. My wife and I just got married there and it went perfectly with no complaints and the place was absolutely gorgeous.
If I could leave more than five stars I would!! I had my wedding here July 15th, and I can’t sing the praises of Connie and Cowboy any higher, they made everything so smooth and were so accommodating and helpful!!
Pretty nice venue seats around 250 I think with upper level for seating. Kinda makes the crowd feel separated from each other. Went to a wedding here and all in all it was beautiful.
Getting married at Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place
Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
