My husband and I just got married here couple of days ago and ooh my gosh it was the best day ever. Cece who was our wedding planner was the best human being ever. Starting with the planning sessions, figuring out last minute details and handling our family.
This is such a neat venue. Sadly the barn burned down 5 years ago though we have been back since and it’s still a great spot. Very wide open and lots of outdoor space. Food is great there as well. Hope they rebuild the barn at some point.
Settlers Creek is one of those rare venues that feels both elegant and down-to-earth at the same time. The property is absolutely stunning, but what really makes it special is the team behind it. they’re professional, kind, and genuinely care about every detail.
DO NOT WEAR HEELS!!!…. unless you want them ruined!! We attended a fundraiser at this beautiful venue. The place is gorgeous, the food was delicious and the bathrooms are clean and unique. Would definitely be concerned for those who are handicapped or elderly as everything is a steep hill or terraces.
Getting married at Settlers Creek
Settlers Creek comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
