From the reviews
Absolutely incredible experience at Scarlett Springs Farm. From the moment we arrived, Laura made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. You can tell how much love and intention goes into every detail.
Scarlet Springs Farm is a special place! ✨ I spent a magical day here with my mom, sister-in-law, and best friend. As someone who loves whimsy, I couldn’t have asked for more. We frolicked in fields, relaxed on swings, and met the "fluffy ladies"—the most cuddly, magical mini-Highland cows!
We chose Scarlett Springs Farm in Virginia to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The ATV tour around the property was a fantastic way to start—learning about all the unique elements and features of the farm made it even more memorable.
We visited Scarlet Springs Farm for a luxury picnic lunch and mini-highland cows experience. The delight on my wife's face was beyond words the entire time, despite not being so enthusiastic for a day out when we left the house. We've been lucky to travel and experience all sorts of wonderful places and activities.
Getting married at Scarlet Springs Farm
Scarlet Springs Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Scarlet Springs Farm
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Scarlet Springs Farm — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
