From the reviews
Rustic sites for group camping. Portapotty and spigots. No fire rings but picnic table and charcoal elevated cookers at each site. Excellent for nature hike, 3 mile loop through rock and oak.
Mixed feelings about this location. First of all, there is a high probability that the soils, water etc in the area are still contaminated.. .. radioactive. However, the place is beautiful (possibly WAS beautiful, as this ranch may have been burned in the Woosley Fire).
Hike or bike here! It's worth it. It's already elevated so you will see the valley and skyline. Sunset is very pretty here. There are some benches here you can bring your snacks. Hike is beginner to intermediate level. Do wear hiking shoes. It gets pretty sunny here and no shade, sunscreen is a must.
Beautiful hiking area ❤️ Pretty family friendly too, my 2 year old daughter and my 3 year old niece had no problems with the smaller loop! In the past I have brought my older nieces and nephew here. They had so much fun exploring the rocks and taking in the views!
Getting married at Sage Ranch Park
Sage Ranch Park comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
