From the reviews
Round Peak Vineyards sits on a beautiful property just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, and I-77. The feature a host of red, white & sweet wines and are constantly experimenting with various blends of grape infused beers. The beers are branded Skull Camp, not Round Peak. The tasting room limit is 10 due to Covid.
I loved it! Went there for a wedding today & it's beautiful! 3 years later I'm there again for my own son's wedding! The owners Ken & Kerry are amazing people! They are extremely friendly & very accommodating! Not to mention that the place is gorgeous!
Absolutely beautiful property with a large patio area, huge disc golf course, and spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Also, the wine is fantastic and the Skull Camp beer is wonderful as well!
Great views. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Ordered the dry wine flight and enjoyed all 6 wines. Very reasonably priced ($15 PP) Shrimp, wings and Hummus available on weekends. Beer selection available for non wine drinkers.
Getting married at Round Peak Vineyards
Round Peak Vineyards comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
