Just wanted to take a few moments to leave a review as a wedding vendor! I think it’s important to have the professional background and perspective before selecting a venue, so I hope this helps! As a wedding photographer, Riverbend and The Farmette are two of my absolute favorite venues to work with.
My daughter recently got married at The River Bend and it was an amazing event. Kristen our venue coordinator along with the owners Chris and Sarah were wonderful to work with. The venue is so beautiful.
We had our wedding at River Bend on September 12. Chris and Sarah are the absolute sweetest, and they’ve put so much work into making the property even more beautiful than I could have imagined—who knew that was possible??
From a photographers perspective, this is an absolutely stunning place for a wedding! We had a fantastic time working here, surrounded by beautiful scenery, lots of great shade (which was so nice in the heat of summer!
Getting married at RiverBend
RiverBend comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
