From the reviews
Beautiful venue, amazing owners, a horse drawn carriage, a big bridal suite, A BEER SERVING MULE, & they allow fur-children for ceremonies? As a bride, I can't sing praises high enough for Rein Fire Ranch. It was the one & only venue we visited before we tied the knot & we knew instantly we need look no further.
Both my Husband and I really wanted to get Married at Rein Fire Ranch. After the fun tour we went on with Rich, we were sold. Rich sets up meetings multiple times before the wedding to help plan the wedding day as well as help with vendors, the layout for the wedding day, the DJ timeline and much more!
Listen, if you are even thinking of having a cute PNW wedding you absolutely should look no further. We toured multiple venues and when we got to Rein Fire Ranch not only were we blown away by the beauty of it but Rich really took time to walk us through it and paint a picture of our day in my head and I saw the whole…
It is an absolutely beautiful venue and it would be hard to picture my sister's wedding say any other location! Rich and George were there every step of the way and they were so incredibly helpful and made the wedding flow beautifully. I will definitely recommend this to anyone in the future.
Getting married at Rein Fire Ranch
Rein Fire Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Rein Fire Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Rein Fire Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
