Ample grass lot parking. Large rustic barn style venue, decorated very nicely. Dining area separate from stage and dancing area; well thought out. A/C kept about 200 folks cool on a warm muggy rainy evening. Definitely a great choice to host any party near Victoria, TX.

Beautiful rustic wedding/party venue. The Migl's are awesome and very helpful. The venue is beautifully decorated and the grounds are spectacular. Would recommend for your next special event.
