From the reviews
We recently hosted my wife's birthday party at Radnor Hunt, and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. First and foremost, the venue itself is breathtaking.
We recently hosted a wedding reception at the Radnor hunt - and this picturesque horse club provided everything in a first-class fashion. First, the grounds. They are strikingly well manicured and full of breathtaking views of horse pastures and green grass.
Historic home turned into a clubhouse with a stable and extensive grounds for competition and fox hunting. Well-maintained for its membership but not open to the public on a day to day basis. Host of the very successful yearly "Racing for Open Space" event with steeplechase races and tailgate opportunities .
This is where the horse people go to party. And the car people each year as it is the venue for a fund raising event called the Radnor Hunt Concours d'Elegance - Lot of open space and horses. They have a nice facility for event functions with a gorgeous view over the rolling land that is where the horses are.
Getting married at Radnor Hunt
Radnor Hunt comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Radnor Hunt
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Radnor Hunt — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
