I had my wedding there on September 3, 2022 and we were their first wedding! Lynda and Julie Kate are amazing!!! They helped me with meeting vendors and coming up with a rain plan which we used. I was sad that it poured on my day but they were quick to re-work our original plan (outdoor ceremony and indoor reception).
After the wedding before we left the venue my new bride looked at me and screamed "THAT WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!" Even in June, our guests were pleased with the outdoor venue! Thank you to Posey Meadows and Julie Kate for great research on vendors, a beautiful venue, and making our dreams come true!
My husband and I got married at Posey Meadows last fall and it was the best venue we could’ve imagined for our special day! The venue is gorgeous and the owners are so kind. Lynda and Julie Kate were such a huge help throughout the whole wedding planning process.

Posey Meadows comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
