We had our wedding 9.15.23 and Ericka (owner) and her staff were amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. She helped with anything we needed and made sure it was a perfect day. You couldn’t ask for someone better and the venue is beautiful.
Poplar Creek did such a wonderful job with our wedding! We had a truly special day. They were so helpful at guiding through the planning process and made the process so much less stressful. Their decor was beautiful. The day of coordinator was very helpful.
AMAZING!!! Poplar Creek was a perfect place to have our summer wedding! The staff was friendly, their help was fantastic, a beautiful, beautiful wedding venue! They offer great packages to choose from for all aspects: event date/time, bar packages, decor, planning, rehearsal, and so much more!
Ericka and the staff made booking our wedding venue super easy! I knew we wanted to venue right away when she offered decoration rentals right out of the venue, yard games and go carts, a full bar (without a minimum), etc. Ericka was super helpful and always communicating with us.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
