We've photographed multiple weddings here at Pond Oaks. It is such an amazing venue and has everything you need for a beautiful wedding and amazing photos! Nestled into the side of the mountains, there is great natural light everywhere and photographs really well.
They say something will always go wrong the day of your wedding. Well, thanks to Pond Oaks if something did, I never knew! Pond Oaks is the total package. They include the food, floral, refreshments, DJ, decor, staffing, bartender, cleanup, dessert with cake, EVERYTHING you need for your wedding day.
This review is long overdue. We can not adequately express our gratitude for the absolutely perfect wedding we had at Pond Oaks. After two other failed venues due to unforeseen circumstances, we were about to give up hope that we would be able to find somewhere to celebrate our day with family and friends.
Pond oaks is a beautiful outdoor venue. The owners are very personable and work hard to make the bride and groom's dream come true. They listened to me and my family while we met to go over what we envisioned and brought creative suggestions to us when needed.
Getting married at Pond Oaks
Pond Oaks comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
