From the reviews
Pomeroy Farms is such a great place! It's an interactive educational museum, as well as event and wedding venue. It's charming and peaceful; full of life while full of memories of the past too. The services is great, the grounds are clean, the views are stunning and the experience is fun!
We went this year on the first day of Oct, we could not have asked for better weather! Everything at the farm was ready for the fall fun; games, animals, pumpkins, hayride through Pumpkin Land and food trucks all shiny and waiting! The staff is always helpful and friendly.
The moment my husband and I set foot on Pomeroy Farm we knew this was the place we were going to get married. Everything about Pomeroy Farm is beautiful and every rustic engaged couples' dream! The staff was very communicative, kind, and extremely helpful during the planning process and the day of the wedding.
We had such a great time this year with the pumpkin picking. We ended up going 2x. They had a cute little hay ride and some delicious vendors. They even had live music one day. The staff were so outgoing and lovely. Lots of parking. A nice day out for the family with low-tech old fashioned fun.
Getting married at Pomeroy Farm
Pomeroy Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
