My husband and I reached out to Matt and Lindsay in 2019 in hopes of getting married at Pioneer Farm in September of 2020. Although we ended up postponing until Sept 21, they have been so incredible to work with throughout the entire process.
We had the opportunity to experience and observe a wedding rehearsal followed by cocktails around the pool. We also attended the main event wedding high on one of the surrounding hills. Great setting and venue for a wedding. The proprietors are great hosts who try to make your event most memorable.
If you're looking for an outdoor wedding venue filled with natural beauty, stop looking—you've found it. We got married here a week ago, and it was better than we could have imagined.
We had our wedding at Pioneer Farm last weekend and it was absolutely magical! We have nothing but amazing things to say about the farm and the entire team! Our friends and family can’t stop talking about how incredible it was! The onsite accommodations are wonderful and made it so easy and fun for our wedding party.
Getting married at Pioneer Farm
Pioneer Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
