From the moment we started working with Shelley and her team, we knew we were in good hands. They were by our side throughout the entire planning process, giving us valuable advice and really listening to what we wanted for our daughter's day. They are some of the most capable, kindest people we have ever met.
We did our wedding at Pinecroft estate and everyone was amazed by the beauty of the location , the professionalism of the staff, and the deliciousness of the food. It’s truly was an unforgettable experience and we ate forever grateful for choosing this venue for the best day of our lives
My husband and I absolutely loved Pinecroft estate!!!! It is an all inclusive venue including catering, decor, bar, arch. Shelley and Shauna (and their husbands) were fantastic. Shelley went above and beyond through the entire process with regular zoom meetings.
Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more thanks to Shelley and her staff at Pinecroft. When we were touring venues, we immediately knew that Pinecroft was the right choice after our first sit down with Shelley. She truly cares about her couples, as does all the staff at this venue.

Pinecroft Estate comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
