From the reviews
We stayed at Pheasant Run Farm B&B for two nights, while visiting Lancaster County. It was absolutely wonderful !! Everything was perfect. Even the cat was extremely friendly.
The most incredible and authentic b&b. We stayed here for 3 nights last month and were looked after so well. Hospitality is second to none, including the unusual welcome from Mr Butters the cat (yes the cat!). How to describe this place, yes it's a converted barn in beautiful grounds.
From the moment we drove onto the property you felt so relaxed! We looked at many inn's before booking and the property stood out to us (beautiful grounds to stroll and just pure peace). Deeann and Vivian were so lovely! The inn and the rooms are beautiful.
The B&B is a beautifully renovated huge barn. They had me at the cottage gardens and friendly cat (Mr Butters), but the pressed Ralph Lauren sheets and delicious breakfast by Liz sealed that we would visit again. They happily accommodated dietary needs.
Getting married at Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast
Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
