From the reviews
Pricing for the venue was very competitive when compared to other local options. The food was exceptional and our friends and family are still talking about a few of the menu items. The wedding coordinator was patient and able to adjust to multiple scheduling conflicts.
The cutest little wedding venue! My husband and I got married here two months ago and everything was perfect and just like I imagined!! Hope was able to help us lock in a date pretty quickly and even sent us a list of preferred vendors which made planning SO much easier.
The Payne-Corley House is the most wonderful place in North Georgia to get married. My husband and I got married there in early October. I wish I could do it again next weekend. There is no such thing as a bad picture for wedding photography. The food is bar none.
We got married at the Payne Corley House earlier this October. The venue was perfect and our venue Specialist, Hope was so professional. I really enjoyed working with Hope. she was especially the best! She made the day sooo stress free and so easy for us!
Getting married at Payne-Corley House
Payne-Corley House comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Payne-Corley House
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Payne-Corley House — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
