From the reviews
My husband and I got married this past September at Stone Oak Ranch. We worked with both Rhonda and Robin. They are INCREDIBLE. We planned our wedding from another state during a pandemic and they did not miss a beat.
It was our first time here. We got a little bit of trouble finding the place since it’s literally in the middle of nowhere and location is very important. It’s a small venue for around 100 to 200 people. The chapel is gorgeous in the outdoors and it has several lakes and greenery for amazing pictures.
I attended a wedding at Oaks and Evergreen and absolutely loved the venue and how the staff made the whole wedding even more memorable! You could tell the staff genuine cares about each and every wedding they host. It’s even more beautiful in person (which is hard to top because the pictures are unreal!!)!
Beautiful venue that is tucked away into its own world! If we had a bigger wedding, we would have chose Oaks and Evergreen! It’s picture perfect for nature lovers.
Getting married at Oaks and Evergreen
Oaks and Evergreen comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
