HUGE space! Very unique history with an impressive genuine rustic feel. I assisted catering an event here last evening . There was a small room to the side ( room for 100+ ) that had AC . It was nice to meet the owner ( who is a super nice and accommodating fellow).
We hosted our wedding here in 2021 and it was perfect! We were able to customize the space to host our ceremony and reception there for 250+. It was convenient for all our guests, had tons of bathrooms (key for a big venue), great space for the caterers, and a perfect spot for us to hang out before the ceremony.
Nice large facility for your gathering, make it what you want. We were there for a wedding and reception. Biggest problem was no heat, we were seated by the door and it was very cold.
My company has hosted several events at the Newport Car Barn, including a day-long meeting event just the other day, and I cannot stress enough how much I love this venue. It's massive and they've installed a new HVAC system recently. The seamless experience starts right at the top.
