As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the pleasure of working at many venues, and New Journey Farms is truly a standout. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious open floor plan and stunning windows that let in the most perfect natural light—an absolute dream for photography.
My husband and I had our wedding at New Journey Farms last August. We had an incredible experience overall. Robin and Mike went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. The venue is beautiful with an option for outdoor or indoor ceremony with plenty of space for the reception after.
This venue is perfect! It has amazing getting ready rooms, now just for the girls but the guys also get a great getting ready room which is rare! Inside the venue is lit with giant windows filling the room with natural light! Outside the property has plenty of room for photos.
Getting married at New Journey Farms
New Journey Farms comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
