From the reviews
Military Wedding Giveaway: We forget how great God really is sometimes. Yet God brings along people who remind us of how GREAT he is. Lorraine and Dave are a blessing for this gift, but a blessing for many who can take advantage of this beautiful wedding venue. This place is a dream come true.
We booked our wedding with Lorraine and Dave last summer for our wedding next summer. I can tell you that they are the sweetest and nicest people ever. They are detail oriented. They take your vision and build on it.
My husband and I got married at Mountainside in June of 2019 and it was an AMAZING experience. Lorraine and Dave went above and beyond to make it such a memorable weekend for us and our guests. They’ve done a great job of enhancing the property’s natural beauty and creating a peaceful atmosphere.
If you are considering picking Mountainside Weddings as your venue, stop thinking about it and book them immediately! They are the best of the best. Lorraine has been amazing since the day we first called her. She is patient, detail orientated, and in her own words “enjoys blowing peoples minds”.
Getting married at Mountainside Weddings
Mountainside Weddings comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
