We chose this property for our wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. Our host, John, went above and beyond from start to finish. His hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made our stay truly exceptional. The cottage was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable.

I can not say enough about this place. Tucked off the highway. Very clean, great place that offers a great size lake for fishing. The hot tub is everything, and i really hate to leave. They have everything you need, including a washer and dryer.
Great communication thru the app. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were greeted, backed in, plugged in and relaxed! Then I found out there was a gazebo room with bathroom and shower we could also use at no extra charge! WOW!!! We sat on the swings and petted the donkeys.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
