Nice venue, works well for wedding receptions, lots of outlets everywhere, but no A/C, so it gets pretty toasty on hot days. The rafters have sound dampening material to reduce reverberation, but this also makes any sound source on one end of the space very quiet on the other end. Something to consider.
I recently had the opportunity to create a Google 360° Virtual Tour for Meadowbrook Farm Preserve. What a beautifully designed post & beam building with Mt. Si as a backdrop. A huge herd of elk, perhaps 75, came out onto the prairie as I was filming, to graze.
Beautiful venue, and Si View Metro Parks was wonderful to work with. We couldn't be more grateful to have had such a serene place to host our rehearsal dinner.

Getting married at Meadowbrook Farm
Meadowbrook Farm comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
