It was an absolute dream working at Lithia Acres Barn! I was the wedding coordinator for my bride and groom recently, the team + venue is amazing! The owners, Julie & Matthew were extremely kind and generous in wanting to help or assist in anything I needed to make the wedding vision happen.
The venue was very clean and a great size to have my daughter's graduation event. Anytime I called or submitted a email I received a call or email back. Thank you for allowing me and my friends and family to use the beautiful space you have. We truly appreciate it.
My sister and I held our parents’ joint 80th birthday party this past October 2024 at Lithia Acres. We had about 70 guests, some who came from all over the world. This venue is absolutely breathtaking with its rustic charm and beautiful trees surrounding the property.
From the moment we arrived at Lithia Acres, it felt like stepping into a fairytale. Marianne greeted us and we fell in love with the property amongst the gazebo and moo moo cows. Torrie truly brought our whimsical dreams to life—our Lord of the Rings wedding was nothing short of magical.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
