From the reviews
This venue is called Liberty House Waterville and you can have your events here and it'll hold anywhere from 50 to 75 people. I was a wedding DJ here in this place is awesome cuz you can also have your ceremony.
Recently my daughter had her wedding and reception at Liberty House in Waterville, Ohio. I can not praise this venue enough. The grounds and wedding setup outside were exceptional with beautiful flower arrangements, plantings, trees, and seating arrangements.
We had my daughter’s baby shower at this venue. Shawna was very easy to work with, very accommodating and the communication was easy throughout the whole process. The venue itself is so beautiful and she also had it beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Within one year we hosted my daughter’s Bridal Shower, Rehearsal Dinner and then her Baby Shower at The Liberty House and it was perfect for all three occasions. All of the guests raved about how beautiful everything was. The decorations provided gave us one less thing to worry about.
Getting married at Liberty House Waterville
Liberty House Waterville comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Liberty House Waterville
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Liberty House Waterville — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
