From the first time we met Stacy and toured Legacy Acres we knew that this was the perfect choice for us for our wedding day. Legacy Acres itself is a beautiful environment that provided the perfect backdrop for our reception, but even more remarkable was the experience we had working with Stacy.
A wonderful place to have your wedding! Stacey made set up completely stress free and was always available when I needed her. She is SUPER nice and fun to work with. The venue is stunning and has an adorable place to get ready and do your hair and make-up (and a spot for the men).
Ohh, where to begin?! Stacy is the best! Her venue is absolutely stunning! She is professional, creative, and accommodating! She goes above & beyond for her brides & their families. Her attention to detail amazes me! I would recommend Legacy Acres Events to anyone getting married in the Halstad area!
Legacy Acres was a great place for our nephew’s wedding. Everyone was so friendly, kind and very helpful. It was a great day to have the wedding outside and then move into the barn for dinner and dancing!! I would highly recommend Legacy Acres! Thank you for a wonderful time!
Getting married at Legacy Acres Events
Legacy Acres Events comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
