How do you put to words one of the best experiences of your life? Lassen Meadows Ranch was where we decided to get married two years ago. The Lake Almanor area was incredibly important and sentimental to my wife, which is what started us off looking in this area.
I'm a wedding DJ and this review is from the DJ's point of view. It's quite a drive to get here with bumpy and gravel roads, but once you arrive, it's pure heaven! Beautiful venue with separate areas for ceremony, reception and dancing. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Bring a dolly or cart to move equipment.

While on vacation at Lake Almanor my bike rack broke and needed welding. I bought the broken bike rack to Diamond fabrication and even though they were very busy they took the time to repair my broken bicycle rack and charged me a very small price. I very much appreciate their friendly and quick repair.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
