From the reviews
Wow! We had the best experience at La Lomita Ranch over the weekend! We came for a wedding weekend and stayed on-site Friday through Sunday. The staff was incredible. The rooms were super cute and cozy. The venue itself was perfect for a wedding..
La Lomita exceeded our expectations for a quiet romantic getaway in wine country! We stayed midweek for two nights and almost had the ranch to ourselves in the afternoon. We enjoyed walking around the property, feeding carrots to the horses after dinner, and watching the emus & hummingbirds.
This thank you is a long time coming, but we could not have asked for a more magical venue for our wedding! La Lomita was the second property we visited when exploring wedding venues, and once we arrived for our first visit, we immediately knew this was where we wanted to get married.
My Fiancé and I stayed at the ranch in October for a wedding and it was such a charming property. The rooms were unique to one another and I loved that every morning we had breakfast made for us by the property manager, it was delicious!
Getting married at La Lomita Ranch
La Lomita Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at La Lomita Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at La Lomita Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
