I am so glad we stumbled on this family ranch at a local fair a few months ago. They have the best meats ever. They have USDA meat and pork. If you ever had Chorizo this is the ONLY place to get it from. I made the best beef stew using the Ranches beef. The ground beef is excellent. Everything is sooo good.
We met them at the Hastings cabbage/potato event and bought stakes there which were excellent. Finally made it out to the ranch. They do need a fancier entrance (plants, fencing or something). But the shop was nice. The folks are great.
You will NOT be disappointed with anything you buy from James Ranch! By far the best tasting beef we have had and they make every meal that much better. Highly recommend them!!
Our family is happy to have found this farm. We live in Orange Park and go to Palatka to visit their farm. We realized that they also come to our town for the market, which is great for shopping. Delicious sausage, excellent minced meat and meat, the liver is delicious. We also bought homemade eggs.
