Wonderful place with accurate history and hands on fun. A food truck is available and my kids had a blast. School age children will benefit, toddlers not so much but easy to push a stroller around if you have older kids.
I attended a private event at this venue. The venue is nice but rather out of date/old. Expect outhouses and bugs. The facilities are acceptable but the space is generally beautiful. It sits near a river.
Lots of things for kids to do and watch. Vendors all very friendly. Bathroom was gross.
I've always loved going to Jack McGowen's farm. Jack himself is a very nice and cool guy :D I love the cool activities they have for kids. The ONE thing I've always loved about the farm is all the pianos they have! Every time I go there, I always play the pianos there.
