I attended a conference scheduled at a different venue in K'ville. At the last minute, the event was moved to Inn Of the Hills (IOTH). I tell you what...the staff at IOTH was INCREDIBLY accommodating, efficient, and completely professional. Helpful kind and hospitable without over sharing.
Attended a three day conference here and the staff was absolutely phenomenal in taking care of us (especially in light of an emergency last-minute change on their part due to an issue with their sister hotel). The venue isn't the most modern but veers towards well-loved rather than worn down.
Wow what a beautiful hotel. Johnathan and Allison @ front desk were very courteous and professional. Made me feel very welcome. The restaurant and bar on-site are excellent. There conference center is huge and full kitchen to serve at least 1000 people.
I stayed two nights at the Inn of the Hills Hotel and Conference Center recently and my stay was very enjoyable. The room was spacious and the bed surprisingly comfortable. I have traveled a lot over the years and it normally takes me one to two nights to adapt to the new surroundings.
