I highly recommend this venue. They were amazing to work with and communication was excellent. I worked with Hannah and Kim (caterer). Both are professional and have great ideas. We had over 170 guests and the event went smoothly. Hannah is an exceptional Day of Coordinator. She made sure everything was perfect.
I had the honor of photographing a wedding with Homesteads Events at the Loray Mill Event venue during the summer of 2023, and it was perfect! Hannah oversaw the wedding and made sure that everything ran smoothly and that the wedding party AND vendors were all taken care of!
We had an amazing time at Loray Mill! Our daughter had her dream wedding, and it went down without a hitch. Hannah and her awesome staff were the key to keeping everything and everyone on schedule. They made us all feel special.

Getting married at Homesteads Events
Homesteads Events comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
