From the reviews
Hosting our wedding at Hilltop Guest Ranch was the best decision we ever made. We knew it was something special when we visited the property for the first time; so much so, we refused to see any other venue. From the lush green landscape to the rustic yet modern barn and stunning valley views, it's one of a kind.
Really cool place and layout. You don’t feel like you’re at a venue almost like you are at home. They do an outstanding job supporting vendors. Beautiful big green grass area for reception. Separate barn for dancing. Great place. Highly recommend for ranch style valley wedding .

Hilltop Guest Ranch was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. There are multiple locations on the property to take pictures pre and post ceremony. The views are stunning and our guests couldn't have been more blown away by the ride in and the feeling of seclusion at our wedding.
Getting married at Hilltop Guest Ranch
Hilltop Guest Ranch comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Hilltop Guest Ranch
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Hilltop Guest Ranch — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
