From the reviews
We had my daughters wedding at Hill Country Village. It is a beautiful venue with rustic charm. The staff was totally amazing!! They were so helpful and so knowledgeable about what we would need to make the day perfect. Ms. Brandy and Ms. Helen were absolutely the best.
Beautiful venue and awesome staff for our dream wedding! The food was delicious and we received a lot of compliments and calls inquiring about the recipes. Chef Bill and his crew did a fantastic job.
An outdoor reception in February can be hit or miss weather wise especially when you’re having an outdoor reception. Waking up to 28 degree weather I was panicking. Bill Kelly was awesome. He said he’d work it out and he did. He came up with an alternative that worked perfectly.
Our daughters wedding was here, It is a beautiful venue, the pictures do not do justice, must see for yourself. Bill Kelly and his staff were wonderful, the food was fantastic. Bill makes you feel like a friend from the first time you meet him. Made everything so easy to plan.
Getting married at Hill Country Village
Hill Country Village comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Hill Country Village
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Hill Country Village — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
