From the reviews
My husband and I fell in love with this place the second we walked in. Not only is it a beautiful venue, but they do sooooo much of the decorating that it makes planning the rest of your wedding almost a breeze. They are more than attentive and helpful with any questions, concerns or needs you may have.
This is a great place or wedding events or really any kind of event that would be considered "upscale" with a nice rustic feel. Very accommodating staff. Attention to detail in design elements and amenities. I would certainly use this venue again for a private event or wedding location.
We attended a wedding and reception at Hideaway on Angel. It was in a residential-type area, with place for horses. The interior of the reception area was beautiful, as was the outer yard. There is a kitchen area, and places to sit outside as well as a small area inside for weddings.
This is a great venue for weddings and other events. There are separate areas for the guest tables and dance floor, which simplifies a number of logistical issues for events such as weddings.
Getting married at Hideaway on Angel
Hideaway on Angel comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
