Perfect location. Beautiful pond and the pavilion had everything we needed. Heaters, curtains, fans, lights, etc. Got the full day package including tables, chairs, linens, and some decorations. Mrs Hampton was easy to communicate with and quick with replying.
This venue is beautiful with a gorgeous view and the surrounding property is well kept with plenty of spots that would make a photographer very happy! Perfect place for anything from a wedding to a birthday party and anything in between!
My little sisters wedding was here and it was hands down the MOST BEAUTIFUL n super convenient wedding, i've ever been to. 👍💯👍💯💯

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
