From the reviews
Beautiful wedding venue. I was a guest. The only challenge was the sound over the microphone and with the music in hearing clearly. Nice ambiance and excellent food. The venue made a lovely chapel which converted nicely into a reception area. I enjoyed our time there very much!
Just had our wedding here! So beautiful inside and out!! The set up is amazing, perfect for having everything at one location. The bridal house is perfect. Bathroom, lots of space for getting ready, kitchen, living room, and an amazing “getting ready room” for hair and makeup with great lighting.
As a local DJ with Sas DJs here in the Quad Cities, I had the pleasure of DJing a beautiful wedding reception at Healy Hollow on Saturday, June 14th. The vibe was absolutely perfect — cozy, welcoming, and full of charm, setting the tone for an unforgettable night of celebration.
I attended a luncheon held here after a funeral. It is a beautiful venue. Very large with a beautiful outside area. It held our large gathering comfortably. The only thing I disliked about the venue was the acoustics. It was so loud inside from everyone talking.
Getting married at Healy Hollow
Healy Hollow comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
