We got married in March of 2025. Grand Pines Reserve is an absolutely beautiful venue, everyone was in awe of the huge inside space, high ceilings, massive bar, and optionality of getting married inside or outside.
A Huge Thank You to Kristi and the Grand Pines Reserve Team! We are beyond grateful for the incredible experience we had at Grand Pines Reserve for our wedding. From the moment we booked the venue, which was still under construction at the time, we knew we made the right choice.
We absolutely loved the Grand Pines Reserve and working with Kristi. The venue was gorgeous and had a lot of spots that were breathtaking in photos. The chapel and reception area have huge windows that bring in so much natural light.
Getting married at Grand Pines Reserve
Grand Pines Reserve comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
