From the reviews
Wow, the wedding we photographed at Glen Magna Farms was magical. The garden estate wedding venue in the North Shore of Boston, tucked away in a quiet nook in Danvers. Our couples wedding ceremony was in the gardens and a gorgeous tent for their summer wedding reception.
We got married at Glen Magna Farms in June 2025 and could not have dreamed of a better wedding venue! The gardens were stunning for the ceremony, the lawn was the perfect setting for cocktail hour, and the reception under the tent was incredible. There are so many beautiful locations on the property for photos.
Not only is this a beautiful venue, but the staff are also amazing! From the communication to the hospitality and their generosity, they were amazing to work with. I have never seen a venue set up a ceremony site so quickly as we changed plans with a break in the weather.
We had a wonderful time coming out and supporting the historical society. This place is literally five minutes from our house. Great “Dad” music, food and refreshments. The grounds were great to walk around and the tea house was a delight as was all the statuary.
Getting married at Glen Magna Farms
Glen Magna Farms comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Glen Magna Farms
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Glen Magna Farms — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
