From the reviews
We spent the night here as Harvest Host guests. It was great. Good everything! Beautiful grounds. Peaceful. Cheery. Staff were friendly and fun. Ahhhh.
My husband and I went for a tasting and brought our two kiddos along (we were on a weekend trip). The staff (a mother-daughter pair, I think?) were SO kind and accommodating. We felt welcome and at ease, which is always a joy when you have kiddos along. The wine was delicious and we left with two bottles. Thank you!
We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Sitting out on the back patio was an absolute delight, offering stunning views of the rolling vineyards and surrounding landscape. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and soak in the beauty of the place.
We visited on a rainy and cool Friday and cool afternoon. We did the wine tasting and then purchased three bottles of wine. One of which we shared while at the vineyard. Linda was an excellent hostess and we enjoyed visiting with her.
Getting married at Garvin Heights Vineyards
Garvin Heights Vineyards comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Garvin Heights Vineyards
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Garvin Heights Vineyards — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
