From the reviews
Our daughter and her fiancee got married at the Ferry Watch Inn last weekend. We are still floating on air. Pastoral, serene, lush green grass, resplendent trees, incredibly set right beside Lake Champlain! The nearby barn is perfect for dinner and/or wedding reception. Plenty of room for a tent for band.
We visited Ferry Watch Inn for a wedding, and stayed at a house on the island. The location is fantastic, with a gorgeous waterside view. Fantastically rustic, the country barn setting makes for a peaceful and yet perfect centerpiece to this fine establishment. Can't wait for the next wedding!
Absolutely gorgeous property and an incredible spot for a wedding! We couldn’t have imagined our wedding anywhere else. The owners, Marc, Heather and Sally are so friendly, kind and easy to work with!
Went for a family wedding. Scenic views abound. Ample parking. Seating for 150. Good job on dinner. Buffet style service. Port a potty for facility. Clean ans nicely decorated.
Getting married at Ferry Watch Inn - Historic Lakefront Wedding Venue
Ferry Watch Inn - Historic Lakefront Wedding Venue comes up for weddings — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge. Popular dates at barn venues book 12–18 months out, so if the tour feels right, ask what's open in your season before you leave.
Corporate events & private parties at Ferry Watch Inn - Historic Lakefront Wedding Venue
Reviews and the venue's own info mention corporate events, retreats, or private parties at Ferry Watch Inn - Historic Lakefront Wedding Venue — barn venues often have real weekday availability since weddings claim the weekends. A quick call answers the three things that matter: weekday and off-season rates, whether the space works for your headcount and A/V needs, and what catering is allowed. If your event lands on a Friday or Saturday in wedding season, ask early.
