We recently had had our wedding at Farmington Lake, and I am so grateful that we did. We loved everything about it, it was absolutely beautiful! The venue is absolutely beautiful, and there are so many great spots for beautiful pictures. It really felt like something out of a fairy tale.
I have nothing but great things to say about Farmington Lake. The second we toured we knew this was the PERFECT venue for our wedding ceremony. Melanie was amazing, kind, supportive, and helpful through it all.

First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
