We just threw an event here at the Fair Barn for the MiraUSA non-profit and I just wanted to compliment the venue and staff and their friendliness and how great it was to work with them! Not to mention, that air conditioning inside works SO WELL. I was truly impressed.
I photographed Colleen and Hugh's wedding earlier this year at the Fair Barn and it is always a pleasure to work at this venue for a wedding! Cyndi and the rest of the staff are so helpful and ensure that no matter what type of event is being held it always goes smoothly.
What a beautiful place to attend a fundraiser, expo, or conference, have a wedding and reception, or celebrate a birthday! Such an iconic part of the Village of Pinehurst. Wonderful!

Getting married at Fair Barn
Fair Barn comes up for weddings, going by their listing and couples’ reviews. Two things make the tour worth the drive. First, see it at the time of day you'd actually get married — a barn that glows at golden hour can feel very different at noon, and you'll want to walk the path your guests take from parking to ceremony to reception. Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
