I am so happy I chose Equestria West as my wedding venue. All of the staff was so attentive and helpful. I always got fast responses while wedding planning and any concerns I had were immediately addressed. My wedding turned out more beautiful than I even imagined.
My clients were the first couple at Equestria West. Of course being the first event at a new space is nerve-racking. There's no way around it and you just have to hope it all gets done and the venue management pulls it together in time.We're all happy to report, they did!
The Equestria West venue is absolutely stunning and the venue is structured to make for a seamless event - from the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception! The EQW team was incredibly supportive from day one and helped me select and coordinate with all of my vendors.
I was fortunate enough to be invited to the grand opening of this establishment. It was my pleasure to explore the venue and mingle with many of the fine folk who brought it into this world. By design, it is well suited to weddings, but I imagine it would do well for other large gatherings as well.

Second, bring your real questions: the rain plan (where does the ceremony move?), the catering and bar policy, the music curfew, and exactly what's included with the rental — tables, chairs, setup, and teardown are where quotes quietly diverge.
